This property does not have an official (e911) address yet but it will probably be 44 Audrey Avenue and you may be able to find it with a GPS unit that way. Otherwise, take Route 86 (Upper Broadway) north. Bear right on Old Lake Colby Road and take the first right on Grandview Terrace. Turn left onto Pisgah Park Avenue and left again on Audrey Avenue. The property starts at about the end of the right bend in the road, on the left side. If you go a bit farther you will see a driveway into the property.
